Meghan Cerino
Director of Constituent Services and Environmental Policy Advisor
Meghan Cerino is the Director of Constituent Services and Environmental Policy Advisor to Senator Jamie Eldridge. Before joining Senator Eldridge’s team, she served as a Legislative Aide to retired State Representative Kay Khan and helped manage her legislative portfolio, communications, and administrative support services until Representative Khan's retirement at the end of the 193rd Session.
Meghan grew up in Higganum, CT, and earned a BA in Political Science and Spanish, with a minor in Legal Studies, from the University of Rochester (NY). Outside of the classroom, she dedicated herself to social justice advocacy and was elected president of the university’s student-run Refugee Student Alliance. She was also a goalkeeper on the varsity field hockey team for two seasons. In her final year, Meghan was selected for the State Department’s Fulbright U.S. Program and served as an English Teaching Assistant in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. In this role, she led learning initiatives within the bilingual language program at the host institution and served as a cultural ambassador for the U.S.
