An Act to Ensure a Free and Open Internet in the Commonwealth (S.D. 2254 )

This bill would assert the Commonwealth’s authority to require Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to treat all online traffic equally, and prohibit ISPs from blocking, manipulating, or otherwise discriminating against legal Web content.
