Sen. Eldridge Announces Colin Hennessy as Interim Legislative Director

Colin Hennessy will assist Sen. Eldridge’s office with legislative affairs

BOSTON — State Senator Jamie Eldridge (D-Marlborough), announced today that Marlborough-native Colin Hennessy will serve as Interim Legislative Director in his office.

Colin was born in Marlborough and is a recent graduate of the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University, having studied philosophy and political science. Having grown up in the district, and having been exposed to a variety of diverse perspectives through the Marlborough public school system, his experience on the US Men’s National Field Hockey Team, and at The Pennsylvania State University, Colin is well-prepared to support the Senator’s legislative priorities. Notably, Colin’s experience in challenging and further developing his worldview through his study of philosophy, and the detailed research he did in support of his honors thesis in political science, both have prepared him to take on the role of Interim Legislative Director in the Senator’s office.

“I’m very excited for Colin to join Team Eldridge as an Interim Legislative Director,” said State Sen. Jamie Eldridge (D-Marlborough). “I’m confident that he’ll be an incredible addition to the team, and I look forward to working with him on my legislative priorities.”
